Quinoa Coconut Macadamia Nut Balls

If you want to bump it up a notch and make this a dessert, just drizzle some melted dark chocolate over them after they’ve been in the fridge for a few hours. Then put them back into the fridge until it’s dessert time!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • 4 scoops scoops vanilla protein Orgain protein
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and blend. (First 6 ingredients)
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla to the bowl and stir together.
  • Scoop dough into balls or place into a glass dish, press dough down and cut into squares.
  • Place balls or squares into the fridge until ready to eat.
  • Enjoy!
