Vanilla Hazelnut Protein Bites

A one bowl recipe that can be made in minutes and enjoyed as a breakfast bite, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hazel nuts finely chopped
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 TB coconut oil melted
  • 1 TB vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix well & then roll into bite size balls.
  • Place balls into a glass dish and store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the mix. Or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bites. If you want to make them even faster, just place mixture into a glass dish and press down. Keep them in the fridge and cut into squares when ready to enjoy!
