Cashew Cacao Date Bars
- 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 8 medium pitted dates
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil melted
Put all ingredients, except coconut oil, in a food processor and blend.
Transfer to mixing bowl, add coconut oil and stir.
Place into glass dish.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.
They will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
