- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Whisk until emulsified.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Pour the dressing over a dish (veggie slaw, salad or noodles).
For best flavor, let the salad marinate for 10 minutes or longer before serving.
Toss well.
