- 3 cups grains (oats, oat bran or blend of favorite grains)
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1 cup cacao nibs, added after granola's cooked
Mix dry ingredients together, except cacao nibs.
Blend liquids and then add to dry mixture.
Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets.
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Turn every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
Add cacao nibs.
Place in glass container.
