Coconut, Oat and Quinoa Flakes with Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Balls

Instructions

  • Place the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Chop the dark chocolate cups into small pieces and add to the mix.
  • Once ingredients are blended, roll into small balls.
  • Place into a glass dish and store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Note: If you want to make it even faster, place the mix into a glass dish.   Then cut into squares after it's chilled in the fridge.
For a smoother texture, I blend the oats and coconut flakes for a few seconds in a small blender.   You can do it either way.
