Ingredients

  • ½ cup sweet potato cooked
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla nut milk
  • 1 TB maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Dash of cinnamon and sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend until combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Enjoy!
