Coconut Vanilla Macadamia Balls

A simple, one bowl recipe that's a good snack or breakfast ball.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 2 TB chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in one bowl.
  • Stir until everything is combined.
  • Form into balls or place mix into a glass dish for bars.
  • Place in the fridge and enjoy!

Notes

*Optional: I shredded oats, coconut and nuts so they'd be fine. If you prefer crunchy, just add and blend.
