Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup ginger root peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice

Instructions

  • In a large pot, over medium-high heat, add the water and bring to a boil.
  • Put the sliced ginger into a large bowl.
  • When the water comes to a boil, pour it over the ginger.
  • Let the ginger steep for 15-30 minutes.
  • Once fully steeped, remove the ginger and pour the liquid into a pitcher.
  • Add the pineapple and lime juice to the pitcher.
  • Gently stir to combine the juice blend.
  • Add ice cubes into drinking glasses and pour a serving into each glass.
  • Enjoy your healthy cocktail!
