Pineapple Ginger & Lime Digestive Drink
A sweet, tart and tasty concoction that aids digestion, boosts the immune system and helps fight inflammation.
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup ginger root peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups lime juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
In a large pot, over medium-high heat, add the water and bring to a boil.
Put the sliced ginger into a large bowl.
When the water comes to a boil, pour it over the ginger.
Let the ginger steep for 15-30 minutes.
Once fully steeped, remove the ginger and pour the liquid into a pitcher.
Add the pineapple and lime juice to the pitcher.
Gently stir to combine the juice blend.
Add ice cubes into drinking glasses and pour a serving into each glass.
