Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin tin with liners.
Mash banana and coconut oil together in a medium sized bowl.
Add apple, carrot, eggs, milk, vanilla and stir until combined.
In another bowl mix the almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt together.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

1 Tbsp of flax meal and 2 1/2 Tbsp of water to replace one egg. Whisk in the water until it becomes gelatinous.)
