Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup raw oat flour
  • 1 cup raw flaked oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend Brazil nuts in a food processor until fine.
  • Put nuts and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Put wet ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Optional: roll balls in bowl of cinnamon and coconut flakes.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Enjoy!
