Brazil Donut Holes
- 2 cups Brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup raw oat flour
- 1 cup raw flaked oats
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Blend Brazil nuts in a food processor until fine.
- Put nuts and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Put wet ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
- Roll into balls.
- Optional: roll balls in bowl of cinnamon and coconut flakes.
