Maple Vanilla Walnut Balls

- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- Optional: cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
Chop the walnuts.
Put walnuts into a large bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients, except the maple syrup. Mix.
Add the maple syrup.
Mix well with large spoon.
Roll into balls or place in a glass dish for bars.
Store in fridge.
