Beet Hummus
This Beet Hummus is a delicious and healthy dip for veggies, chips and wraps.

- 1 cup canned garbanzo beans (plus ¼ of juice from the can)
- 1/2 a small beet (cooked and skinned)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Sea Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 dash cumin and paprika
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve as a dip with veggies or chips.
You can also add to your salads or wraps.
