  • 1/2 cup red miso paste
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until combined.
  • Glaze can be used as a marinade or enjoyed on top of a dish as a sauce.
