Cacao Walnut Cookies
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix almond flour, flax and cacao powder.
Stir in oil, water, honey and vanilla.
Mix well and then stir in walnuts.
Form into balls.
Place in fridge until ready to eat.
