Cacao Walnut Cookies
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Mix almond flour, flax and cacao powder.
- Stir in oil, water, honey and vanilla.
- Mix well and then stir in walnuts.
- Form into balls.
- Place in fridge until ready to eat.
