Choco Avo Nut Butter Pudding

- 2 1/2 cup avocado
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk or any nut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup cacao
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Add more maple syrup if you want it sweeter or more soy milk if it’s too thick.
Place in fridge for hours and then enjoy it in a bowl.
Optional toppings: Shaved dark chocolate, bananas, walnuts or berries.
