Coconut Snow Balls

- 1/2 cup nuts (cashew, hazelnut or pecan)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 dates, pitted
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
Blend until it comes together and there’s no big pieces.
Roll into small balls.
Optional ~ roll balls in a bowl of coconut flakes.
Place balls in the fridge.
