Cashew Tahini Sauce

- 1 cup cashews
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (NYF)
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp tahini
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water (more or less, depending on how thick you want the sauce)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Add cashews and all other ingredients to a blender.
Add water gradually.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy on top of a buddha bowl with veggies and noodles.
