juice from 1 lemon

(more or less, depending on how thick you want the sauce)

Instructions
Add cashews and all other ingredients to a blender.
Add water gradually.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy on top of a buddha bowl with veggies and noodles.
