Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Balls
- 1 cup GF oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Scoop into balls or press into a glass dish for squares.
- Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
