  • 3 cups grains (oats, oat bran or blend of favorite grains)
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1 cup cacao nibs, added after granola's cooked


  • Mix dry ingredients together, except cacao nibs.
  • Blend liquids and then add to dry mixture.
  • Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
  • Turn every 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • Add cacao nibs.
  • Place in glass container.
  • Enjoy!
