Crunchy Crazy Good Cereal
- 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
- 1 cup cashews chopped
- 1 ½ cup seeds pumpkin, sesame, flax, chia
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 2 cups millet flakes or puffed rice
- ¼ cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup psyllium husk optional
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Serve with coconut yogurt, oat milk or fruit. Or enjoy it as a trail mix.
- Store the cereal mix in a large glass container.
