It doesn’t get easier than this for breakfast! A simple blend of whole foods that requires no baking and is ready in minutes. Enjoy it in a bowl, as a topping or as trail mix. Crunch and munch away!

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1 cup cashews chopped
  • 1 ½ cup seeds pumpkin, sesame, flax, chia
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 2 cups millet flakes or puffed rice
  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup psyllium husk optional


  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Serve with coconut yogurt, oat milk or fruit. Or enjoy it as a trail mix.
  • Store the cereal mix in a large glass container.


Any combo of nuts, seeds and grains can be used. Get your ingredients on the counter and blend away.
