Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegenaise or yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk or water
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill buttermilk powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
  • Place mixture into a glass jar and keep in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

I’ve made many versions of balls and burgers using beans and grains but never potatoes. So why not try it! I can honestly say they were way better than I’d expected them to be and a big hit with my taste tester. We enjoyed eating them with pasta, salad and just by themselves with sauce.
