Tahini Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup yogurt can substitute Fabanaise
  • 3 TB tahini
  • 2 TB lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 TB EVOO
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 TB cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Taste for seasoning.
  • Add more of whatever you like. (spices, garlic, olive oil)
  • Enjoy!
  • Put leftovers in the fridge.


Enjoy with falafels, wraps and as a dip!
